Confidence is key in any negotiation. One’s state of mind is another key factor crucial to securing the best deal. In this four-part, intimate group-coaching experience you will learn from an expert negotiation coach how to thoroughly assess strengths and weaknesses and learn how to create value through rapport-building strategies.
Distinguish between different interests and positions and examine how to best use information in order to become a more secure and confident negotiator.
This Breakthrough Mastermind will cover the important aspects of:
Building foundational skills of an expert negotiator (active listening, open-ended questions, and communication skills)
Examining how to prepare for and plan (information gathering, discovering alternatives, and considering practicalities)
Discovering how to identify and set goals for yourself
Understanding the impact of conflict styles
Distinguishing between interests and positions
Exploring how trust and rapport impacts first offers
Weekly Group Sessions
Beginning November 3rd, the group will meet each week via Zoom Meeting on Tuesdays from 8:00 - 9:00 pm EST. The last session will be on November 24th.

Courtney Chicvak is a WIN Coach and Trainer. As a founder and mediator of Courtney Anne Chicvak Mediation she negotiations commerical, divorce, employment, and family/elder disputes. She is an Associate Instructor for Introduction to Negotiation and Introduction to Mediation at Columbia University, and an Online Adjunct Instructor at Grand Canyon University, where she teaches Negotiation and Conflict as well as Argumentation and Advocacy. She is also a New York State Certified Long-Term Care Ombudsman.
ABOUT WIN’S BREAKTHROUGH MASTERMINDS
Our four-week coaching groups offer negotiation training enhanced by community support. We bring a small group of no more than ten women together on a weekly basis to learn, grow, and master the negotiation skills they need to be successful. Each group is led by one of our expert WIN coaches.
