Founded in 2015, in partnership with Columbia University and The Negotiation Institute, this one-of-a-kind summit empowers professional women through negotiation skill-building.
WIN Summit is unique in its focus on developing negotiation skills to better equip women to advocate for themselves and their companies. The summit is a one-day intensive that combines evidence-based training sessions, negotiation simulations, workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, diverse panel discussions and dynamic keynotes. Many of our sessions qualify for CLE and HR continuing education credits.
