As women, we spend so much time trying to get properly recognized for our work, get paid our worth, and overcome workplace challenges.

But what if, instead of fighting to get recognized by your boss...YOU were the boss? (#mindblowing, right?)

There are 114% more women entrepreneurs today than there were 20 years ago, and the U.S. has 12.3 million women-owned businesses generating $1.8 billion a year. And (surprise, surprise), women-owned businesses rock. Private tech companies led by women achieve 35% higher return on investment. Venture-backed women-owned companies have been shown to outperform male-founded companies in First Round Capital’s portfolio.

Women are starting businesses because we want freedom, flexibility, to charge what we’re worth, to have more control over our future, to advance more quickly, and to pursue our passions. I know I’ve found this to be true -- I left a top-three global ad agency in 2019 to start my own business and become a digital nomad.

So what if the answer for you isn’t up -- it’s out?

I know, I know -- taking what seems like a massive risk to start a business might seem crazy.  Imposter syndrome gets in our way a lot. I’ve been shocked at how many incredible, accomplished women come to me thinking about starting a business -- but doubting their ability to make it succeed. Many of us feel trapped by ‘golden handcuffs’ -- the stability and certainty we have working for someone else.

But becoming an entrepreneur isn’t as crazy as you think. Starting a business or a side hustle is an investment -- the ultimate expression of belief in yourself. Just think about how hard you are working for your current boss. Where does all that effort go, and who reaps the rewards? What if all your hard work directly benefited YOU?

I help aspiring entrepreneurs launch their dream businesses in 90 days without letting overthinking hold them back.

If you’re sick of busting your tail for someone else, and ready to do what you’re passionate about AND be able to support yourself financially, you can attend the following workshop on August 11th -- sign up here.

All the steps to starting a business can feel overwhelming, and it’s hard to know where to start. I’ll show you the roadmap to go from zero to launch - so you know what steps to take, and in what order. This is the same roadmap that helped me get to six figures in my business less than a year after launching.  In the workshop, you’ll learn the three big mistakes that are keeping you stuck and preventing you from launching, plus how to market your business without feeling spammy or sleazy.
