Biggest loss: We recently had to pull out of the Market Line, which I was really excited about doing but we just couldn't make their construction budget work with our projections.
Biggest win: I recently had my co-manufacturer abruptly terminate our relationship with very little notice. We do not have capital to build out our own brewery and our product is produced very uniquely (read: inefficiently!) and I had a very hard time finding someone else to take over. I really thought we might have a gap in production but I was able to find a manufacturer at the 11th hour.
Words to live by: Do what makes you feel good!

If I weren't doing this I would be .... pretty miserable working for someone else I guess!
Best negotiation tip: Go in with 3 figures in your head: your ideal, your still awesome, and your bargain basement. Ask confidently for your ideal and work from there.
Favorite self-care ritual: I love cooking an involved, extravagant recipe at home.
